Below you will see approximate dollar amounts of how much previous residents have spent monthly toward utility expenses (This info is based on information provided by the residents or utility companies). Of course, the amount of utility bills may vary because each families usage may vary and utility companies may raise prices from what was charged in the past. We provide these approximate expense ranges because many other residents have found this type of information very helpful in selecting their residence and for budget planning. We want to offer you all the information you need to determine if our property will be your next home. Let us know if there is any other info we can provide, because we believe that once you've learned all you can about what we have to offer, you will want to rent our home. In fact, we offer a guarantee, see below.

If you move into our home, and after 25 days, you do not think you made the right home selection, we will let you move without having to stay the rest of the rental term, and we will return your full security deposit (assuming no property damage). Hows that for a guarantee!

Once the form has been downloaded, you can edit it for your specific needs, therefore it is always recommended that you SAVE A COPY of the original download BEFORE making any changes to it. (See instructions below.)

Download and Edit Instructions - (Easy Peasy)
1. Click the blue link in the Download Box above, a window will open
2. Select "Save File" and click OK
3. Go to your Downloads folder, select the file for your form
4. Once the forms Opens, go to "File" Menu and select "Save"
5. After saving Form in original format, you can edit as needed, if needed.
6. To save edits, go to "File" Menu & select "Save As" to title the new Form.
