We want to remind you that if there is a delay in responding to your notification, we will honor our maintenance guarantee to rebate rent (prorated) on a daily basis. The guarantee goes into effect if there is a delay beyond ______ days after your initial notification date. Rent rebate begins from that point and will be sent after the next on-time rental payment is received.

Be sure to provide us, or any contractors working with us, access into your property. If there is any problem getting access into the property, our maintenance guarantee is voided.
