OIL AGREEMENT

This agreement is between __________________________________ Residents, and __________________________________ Owner, regarding the oil tank located at the above stated address. Both parties agree that the oil tank was measured on _______________________ prior to or within three days after resident took occupancy of dwelling. The measurement indicated that the approximate amount of oil in the tank was ___________ gallons. Resident understands he is responsible for refilling the tank and agrees not to let level of oil drop below _____________ gallons at any time. If resident fails to keep oil level above this amount and as a result damage occurs, resident understands he or she will be obligated to immediately pay for damages and repair.
At the end of the rental term., resident agrees to leave minimum of _____________ gallons of oil in the tank. A second measurement will be taken within three day of resident and before security deposit is returned. Resident to pay for any shortage of the minimum oil requirement.
