During my recent inspection of your residence the following conditions were found to be below the standards as defined in your Lease Agreement and listed on your Inspection Due letter.  Corrective action  must betaken within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter. If you do so, your Future Homebuyer's account will not be completely reduced to 0 but instead, only be deducted by $________. Failure to correct the problem, not only completely deletes your Homebuyer's account, but your neglect will leave us no alternative except to take the actions allowed us in your rental agreement to terminate the tenancy. We hope that will not be necessary.
