RETENTION/TURNOVER/MARKETING - Deposit Refund Requirements

To insure you receive your full deposit, here is a checklist:

__ 1.   30 day notice given.

__ 2.   All walls, floors and ceilings thoroughly cleaned.

__ 3.   All appliances cleaned (i.e., stove, oven, refrigerator).

__ 4.   Refrigerator unplugged and left open.

__ 5.   All trash picked up and removed from house.

__ 6.  Carpets must be cleaned by the following manner _________________.

__ 7.  Any draperies and blinds, present at move in, must be hung back in place.

__ 8.  All windows and doors closed and locked.

__ 9.  Any damages to the property should be reported to our office at least 2 weeks before move out.

__ 10.  Grass cut and raked.

__ 11.  All keys returned.

Download and Edit Instructions - (Easy Peasy)
1. Click the blue link in the Download Box above, a window will open
2. Select "Save File" and click OK
3. Go to your Downloads folder, select the file for your form
4. Once the forms Opens, go to "File" Menu and select "Save"
5. After saving Form in original format, you can edit as needed, if needed.
6. To save edits, go to "File" Menu & select "Save As" to title the new Form.
