APPROVAL OF ADDITIONAL RESIDENT/ROOMMATE
As the current resident and occupant of the premises, you had asked for permission to add another resident and/or roommate to the rental agreement now on file between you and owners of the property where you are currently residing. This letter is to advise you that the rental application of ____________________________________ has been accepted and approved.
Before this new resident can move in, both you and him/her must sign a new updated rental agreement. In addition, below is a breakdown of any additional monies that must be collected as well:
